Payments

We accept most popular payment methods including: iDEAL, PayPal, Maestro, Visa/ MasterCard, American Express, SEPA Bank Transfer – all through our secure website ordering system. For those who wish to pre-pay for an order via a bank transfer, contact us at sales@axepalace.nl for our wiring instructions. We also accept cash in-store.

Shipping

All items purchased from us ship out within (1) business day after receiving payment, often same-day, except in cases where special work is requested by the customer (ie: custom setups, pickup changes, etc). For domestic shipments in the Netherlands, we typically use UPS or DPD. For international shipments, we typically use UPS or DPD. While we do everything we can to help save customers money when importing goods, ultimately we’re not responsible for any customs or associated fees your region may assess.

All of our shipments will be fully insured and packed safely to protect against any possible damage. However, in the unlikely event your item arrives damaged, please notify the driver and contact us immediately so that we may assist you.

Privacy

Axe Palace is fiercly loyal to our customers and we take your privacy very seriously. We’ll never share any of our customer data with any third party. All orders are placed securely. We do not store credit card information, only the information that is needed for us to fulfill orders and contact our customers.
