Returns & Exchanges

On new items, we offer a 14 day trial period wherein you have the right to: return the item for a full refund if you are dissatisfied for any reason, exchange it for another item, or transfer to store credit. Refunds will exclude the outbound shipping costs as well as PayPal fees since they no longer refund transaction fees. For an return to be initiated, you must get an authorization from Axe Palace by contacting us by email at sales@axepalace.nl. All items must be in their original condition with all the original packaging and included accessories, otherwise the return may be refused or a restocking fee issued. All return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

On used items, special order items, custom shop guitars, or “B stock” close out items, refunds will not be permitted, except in the unlikely event of damage or non-delivery. All non-EU sales are final, with no refunds, returns, or exchanges allowed unless you receive special permission by us in writing prior to the sale.
